Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email

- Express Global Shipping – $25 (5-8 days) to all available countries worldwide.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
My Sassy Store charges taxes on retail orders in the state of Kentucky. In all other states, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order unless otherwise noted at checkout. For all international shipping, customers are responsible for customs and duties of their respective countries of residence. We do not ship to some countries due to strict custom regulations, please contact us if your country is not available at checkout and we can discuss available options with you.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please send us a photo of the product immediately so we can file a claim and replace your order immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until replacement is fulfilled.
